The Scout Guard Hunting camera MG983-30M HD has several improvements compared to the previous Scout Guard SG 880MK
Scout Guard MG983-30M HD is a digital GPRS game camera with black IR and MMS function. It is a digital infrared surveillance camera and can be triggered by any movement of humans or animals. It possesses a high sensitive Passive Infrared (PIR) motion sensor, and then automatically captures high quality pictures (up to 30M pixels) or records videos (720P HD) according to default settings or preset customer settings. After that it can send the pictures instantly to your mobile device or e-mail via GSM/GPRS network. You’ll be alerted once the camera is triggered or per custom settings.
The device takes color pictures and videos under sufficient daylight. While at night, the built-in 940nm IR LEDs, which are invisible to game, take clear monochrome pictures or videos.
The camera has a 3” color LCD display and a sound recorder. It supports MMS/SMS/E-mail via GSM/GPRS Network.
It is water-resistant and can also be used as a portable digital camera.Each photo has a date, hour, temperature, and moon phase footprint.
Scout Guard MG983-30M HD game camera can be used as an automatic surveillance device for security for private homes, shops, schools, depots, offices, taxis, work sites etc. As a trail camera, the device helps hunting and monitoring animals by recording the habits of wild animals. The information is stored on an additional memory card. The camera supports SD cards up to 32 GB.
The patented PIR’s detection range can reach up to 20m in good environments.
