In the event that there are defects or identified deficiencies in the package in the presence of the courier or the person making the delivery, the RECIPIENT refuses to receive the shipment. In the event that the RECIPIENT does not inspect the received goods and does not make immediate claims, the goods are considered approved and the RECIPIENT loses the right to claim at a later stage.
In the event that the RECIPIENT has voluntarily chosen a courier company for the delivery of his order or has ordered the return of the goods back to the MERCHANT, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is entirely at the RECEIVER's expense. The USER submits claims to the carrier of his choice.
The RECIPIENT, who has the capacity of a consumer within the meaning of the PPA, has the right to withdraw from the concluded distance contract without paying a penalty or compensation within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The RECIPIENT informs the MERCHANT in writing of his decision to withdraw from the sales contract before the expiration of the 14-day period under Article 50 of the PPE, and the MERCHANT sends the RECIPIENT an immediate confirmation of the received application for withdrawal from the sales contract.
The RECIPIENT returns the goods to the MERCHANT within 14 days of submitting the claim and pays the transport costs for returning the goods himself. The deadline for returning the goods to the MERCHANT is before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The MERCHANT refunds the amount received, paid by the USER within 14 days, by bank transfer to an account indicated by the RECIPIENT, excluding delivery costs. If the RECIPIENT does not meet the deadline for returning the goods, the MERCHANT will withhold the refund of the amount paid until he receives the goods back from the consumer.
The MERCHANT deducts 15% from the amount paid and reimburses the RECIPIENT the remaining value, excluding delivery costs, when the goods are in poor commercial condition /damaged or missing packaging/; The MERCHANT deducts 25% from the amount paid and reimburses the RECIPIENT the remaining value, excluding delivery costs, when the goods have visible traces and / or defects that are the result of use outside the usual way, necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning .
MERCHANT does not refund shipping costs.
In case of damage or loss of the goods or its components, the MERCHANT does not refund the amount paid for the goods and all related costs.
